Keptify Released New Features to Reduce Abandonment Rate

We are excited to let you know about our brand, new features to reduce your cart abandonment rate even more. Over a past year, our team has been working too hard to develop new features to reduce abandonment rate of our customers.

As you all know the abandonment rate is the ratio of the number of abandoned shopping carts to the number of initiated transactions or to the number of completed transactions. The typical shopping cart abandonment rate for online retailers varies between 60% and 80%, with an average of 67.91%. Cart abandonment rate is one of the major problems of the online shopping sites and booking engines.

Without a further ado let’s talk about our latest features;

1. Intelligent Targeting Behavior

As you all know layovers are generally used to grab the attention of visitors who are about to leave your website. Our intelligent exit-intent, device targeting, and timing based layovers will help you boost your conversion rate and revenue.

The term exit-intent have been growing popularly in the eCommerce world.

Exit-Intent technology exactly monitors mouse movements of website visitors and detect when a visitor is likely to leave the website without making a purchase.

We’ve introduced two new versions of intelligent exit-intent layovers.

When your customers are visiting a product page and then suddenly decide to leave the page; a magical layover appears with the same product and a specialized discount code in it to ensure that the customers make the purchase.

When your customers have added products to their basket but somehow they decide to leave, then a list with all the products in the basket will magically appear when the customer tries to leave the website. This layover will have your customized message and specialized discount code in it.

Another function we’ve enabled for product list layover is that visitor can have the option to email the product list onto their email address for future references.

In an email, a customer will get the details of the products they have added to the cart. Customers will also have the option of returning back to the cart to complete the purchase.
